doing extreme PT

i am currently do extreme PT.very fun and hand pain like shit but very nice. if u ask what i do during my PT i tell u.

this is one set
push-up (60)
bridge (60 seconds)
holding push-up (10 seconds and do 10)
sit-up (do until pain)
leg raise (40 seconds)

i from today do 2 sets of this until school opens.

going to be very fun and pain

changes is sudden

i suddenly miss a girl A
i don know why but i lose faith in a girl B
and i also don know why i saw girl A in my dreams
and got charm by a her smile...
don know...
and don ask me in my tagboard who girl A and B is....
so the change is so sudden
and i got shock by the sudden change
i got to accept it no matter what it is
